At QDot Life, we stand behind every product we sell. Our modular design means most issues can be resolved by replacing a single component — not the entire fixture. That's better for you and better for the environment.

"Lifetime" means the lifetime of the original purchaser. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.

How to File a Warranty Claim

Products Under $50 (LED Modules, Lenses, Spotlights, Path Lights, Accessories)

  1. Email support@qdotlife.com with:  
       
    • Your order number
      •  
    • A photo or short video showing the defect
      •  
    • Brief description of the issue
      •  
  2. Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days.
  3. Once approved, we'll send a payment link for a $15 shipping & handling fee.
  4. After payment, your replacement will ship within 1–2 business days. No need to return the defective item.

Products $50 and Above (Transformers)

  1. Email support@qdotlife.com with:  
       
    • Your order number
      •  
    • A photo or short video showing the defect
      •  
    • Brief description of the issue
      •  
  2. Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days.
  3. Once approved, we'll provide a return address. Ship the defective unit back to us (customer covers return shipping).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll ship your replacement free of charge.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, QDot Life will replace it at no cost to you — no shipping fee, no return required. Simply email us a photo of the damaged item and packaging within 7 days of delivery, and we'll send a replacement right away.

What's Not Covered

  • Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
  • Modification or unauthorized repair
  • Acts of nature (lightning strikes, floods, earthquakes)
  • Use with incompatible equipment or voltage above product rating
  • Normal wear on cosmetic finishes (patina on copper is natural and expected)
