Return Policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Effective March 2026 | QDot Life LLC

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 
happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery under 
the following conditions.

ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- Item must be new, unused, and uninstalled
- Item must be in its original packaging with all contents included
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery date

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- Items that have been installed, used, or modified
- LED modules, lenses, and light sources (these are covered under our 
  Lifetime Warranty)
- Items without original packaging

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Email support@qdotlife.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization 
   (RA#) and return shipping address.
3. Ship the item back at your own expense. Write the RA# clearly on the 
   outside of the package.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed 
   within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

PLEASE NOTE
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Packages received without a valid RA# may be refused.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your product is defective, please do not use this return process. Instead, 
file a warranty claim — visit qdotlife.com/pages/warranty for full details.

DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
If your order arrives damaged during transit, email us a photo of the damaged 
item and packaging within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it at no cost 
to you — no shipping fee, no return required.
